Inside the project.
Interaction constraints
A canceled ski trip turned a snowy 40-acre property into the design brief. Players needed a mobile flow they could use outdoors: join a shared room, receive a role, and understand the game boundary.
System decisions
A host draws the playable boundary, creates a join code or shareable link, assigns hunters and runners, and chooses location-reveal intervals. The app combines GPS/map interaction with live game state so the physical game can be coordinated through phones.
Outcome & limitations
The delivered prototype supports game creation, team joining, boundary drawing, role assignment, and configurable reveals. The project record does not include GPS-error, network-latency, or concurrent-player benchmarks.
